Obtaining a book award serves as a significant endorsement that enhances the credibility of your work and fosters a robust relationship of trust with your audience. THE PROCESS
Once your application is received, it will undergo processing, and you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to submit your book for evaluation. Your submission will then undergo a thorough review by at least 3 evaluators specializing in the theme of your book, utilizing both a scorecard and an open feedback system.
Typically, the results will be determined within 14-21 days. The final decision will be made by the Head Evaluator and CEO, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
At the heart of the ChristLit Awards evaluation team lies a diverse and inclusive group of individuals. This team comprises Religious Educators, Christian Study Group Leaders, Authors, Christian writers, Publishers, and numerous other professionals who are well-versed in the world of Christian literature. The participation of experts with varied expertise and perspectives in the evaluation process plays a crucial role in guaranteeing a fair and comprehensive assessment of the submitted works.

TEAM
Eligibility
We welcome submissions from writers with books appropriate for readers spanning from newborns to adults.
We accept published, self-published, and unagented writers, as well as eBooks and audiobooks, with no word count or publication date limitations. We are an international competition, but your work must be sent in English.

We accept applications year round and will usually share an outcome within 2-3 weeks of receiving your book, some longer stories may extend this timeframe, applicants will be updated if this is the case.
Once you have completed your online application, detailed instructions will be provided on how to submit your book for evaluation.
Returning paperbacks is not possible, but rest assured that we donate them appropriately once the evaluation process is finished.
